The house although attached to the owners house is completely private. There are 3 bedrooms with (sleeps 6) : the double bedroom with balcony, also has for your comfort air conditioning and heating if needed; the second smaller bedroom has 2 single beds; the third has bunk bed. From two of the bedrooms there are views of the beautiful mountains and country side.
The bathroom and bedrooms are located on the first floor.
From the double bedroom you can walk out onto the small terrace, which leads you to the stairs up to the roof terrace, from where you can enjoy the views to the mountains and the coast.
The house has a fully fitted kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, cooker, oven and etc... From the kitchen there is an open plan dining room and lounge, where for those cosy evenings there is an open fire also for your entertainment satellite TV, DVD, music center.
Outside there is a further terrace, where for your pleasure you will find sunbeds and barbecue. There is also ample parking in front of the house.
You are only 15 min drive away from the beach and 45 min from Malaga airport. For those of you who wish to explore the surrounding area, the village has everything from bars and restaurants to supermarkets and a bank. Close by is Sierra Tejada National Park. There are many walking routes for those who are active. You can also find horse riding, motorbiking, water sports and many other sporting activities in the area.
